[GAMEPLAY] Clicking on Giant's Belt in Item Shop Still shows Rylais as a potential build path

When in the in game item shop, selecting giants belt still shows Rylais as a potential build path item. Rylais recipe changed to only a ruby crystal and has caused confusion. Happens every game every champion.

Replication:

1. Start a game and select item shop.
2. Select/Buy giants belt.
3. Observe potential build items at the top.
