Leaver Buster, unable to reconnect issue

Last night I was dropped from a game during loading just after champion selection. After losing connection I restarted the client, logged back in and clicked the reconnect button only to be unable to connect to the game in progress. It didn't give me a message about my firewall, there was no connection issues at all to the log in server yet every time I clicked "reconnect" it simply minimized the game to my icon tray and would not load the game in progress. After 20mins of attempting I gave up, knowing the whole time I would be leaver busted even if I did connect to the game in progress.

I restarted my PC, and checked my firewall and ISP just to be certain and the same issue would continue happening. This was not my ISP, this was not my computer and it was the FIRST time this has ever happened to me. This morning I log in and leaver buster has flagged me for leaving. With everyone ranting on the forums you would think by now the system would be terminated until the issues can be resolved. My problem is one of many different bugs/issues that have gotten people busted or warned and yet the system continues to operate. Why is there no real appeal system in place? Email riot? Everyone knows where that leads.....Malarkey.

What is more is that now I'm expected to type into a box that I agree to something I didn't do in the first place. The feeling of helplessness the average league player experiences when dealing with customer support is enough to scream rape. I'm tired of Riot raping its customers. My fiance recently was leaver busted cause of Riot server issues and she has literally never once left a game in progress unless it was due to riot server issues. She has also spent literally hundreds of dollars on the game in skins and boosts. How do we know its riot? Because the internet continues working at our usual low ping and no other program/game ever has an issue. Both our PC's are up to date, well maintained and more than enough to run League with ease.

In conclusion its fair to say that if this issue isn't corrected and we don't hear an end to the malarkey riot employees spew in response to real issues, it will be easy to turn away from League even after spending several hundred dollars each on this game. It has never been a free to play game for us, and never has for the majority of the player base. It might be playable free but when you dish out so much annually you expect to be treated like a paying customer.

Fix leaver buster so it can actually recognize a foul player from a good one. Make it smart enough to count the number of leaves overall an account has to identify people who do it purposefully vs those players who simply have had some poor luck. Riot has been aware of issues like drop hack since before the inception of leaver buster and yet they released it anyway knowing at least some of the issues were having now. Also making someone type into a box they agree with something and preventing them from playing the game when they didn't do anything to begin with is asinine. Its essentially a permanent account ban until I agree to their injustice.

Yea its just a game. Yea Riot has done an amazing job providing the service. No this is not acceptable. Fix it or remove leaver buster and your customers will remain loyal.
