Annie bug in Coop vs AI

In a Coop vs AI - Intro game, I was able to summon Tibbers normally the first time I activated my ultimate. After he was killed by a turret, my R ability no longer worked. The tooltip indicated I could still control him using Alt-Right Click, but he wasn't on the field and the R ability itself was unusable. This persisted through the rest of the game.
