Qiyana W Bug
In some random cases, 
's W can't be cast. It just shows the blue indicator, but when you press it nothing happens, only if you click it more times.

I still have this bug now!
Her W seems to work depending on how much is going on at one time. For me her W bugs more often when Im in combat or when an enemy is on the screen period. It only does it sometimes on a 1v1 or gank but it happens more often and more frequent during team fights or 3v3s leading to high frustration. Its so bad I dont even want to play her for the simple fact is you cant rely on her at all.
Yeah it also happened all game to a friend of mine, he was like "YOU HEAR ME SPAMMING MY W RIGHT? ITS NOT WORKING!!!"

Same. I wasn’t sure if I had a bad understanding of how the picker worked because I’m still learning her, I’m glad I’m not the only one who’s experienced this. In random cases W won’t fire and takes repeated presses. Costs me trades, very frustrating.
I still have that problem... two months later
Still have that problem numerous games in crucial moments, 3 months later. Will Riot ever fix this? It's a pretty integral part of her kit...

Huh, I haven't seen this bug. The only bug with W I've seen is that the tracking on picking elements and being near elements can be wonky. Like sometimes I'll very clearly have my mouse on bush, but it gives me wall. And sometimes I'll litterally be standing in the middle of river and not have the MS buff from the river enchant.
Same problem here, I hope Riot will fix it soon.
