titanic hydra active in my opinion might not work that well

all the time i play jax i get to 2-2.5 atack speed, but when i use the active of titanic hydra it resets my aa but then next aa comes after for like 1 second (double the time it should take, maybe even more). i don;t know if is a bug or this is how it was suposed to be but is very weird, most of the time i don;t even activate hydra because i feel like i do more dmg without it i didn;t test this on other champions if anyone wants to test it my build was devourer sated, rageblade titanic hydra
