Fps Drop with updated Client

Ever since the updated client I have been expereiencing quite bad FPS drop on all devices I play from, most recently my computer has shut down because of this causing 5 lower priority games at 20 minute each que.

I have taken all settings and turned them to the lowest but still experiencing this "lag"

is there something to do to fix this? or is league of legends no longer a game I can look forward to playing/spending money on??
