IP counter bug (runes)

When buying runes with ip, it takes 2-3 days before the IP is "deducted". Making it appear as i have 7823 IP when in reality i have 4000(give or take). And when i try to buy a champion it wont let me. This is a minor cosmetic "bug" but needs to be fixed nevertheless.
