Bought Zac, didnt get him [Client]

As title says i tried to buy zac and it seemed it did let me (-6300 ip and such) but when i went into draft with my friends i realized i dont have it

i restarted LoL
i even went 2 seperate games proof: http://imgur.com/a/G9cNX (Please give me my Zac too after fixing this bug if possible)

10 min ago I have the same problem with ivern, I buy it but didnt get it, RIOT pls give me my ivern or 6300 IP

Check your purchase history in the client. If Zac isn't there, wait maybe a day and look to see if your IP went back (I've had IP glitches before, simply relogging doesn't always work).
If it shows the purchase and you still don't have Zac and the IP is gone, send all the screenshots of all of this in a support ticket to Riot explaining what happened. If your calm and helpful about it they usually respond very quickly and effectively.
