[CLIENT] Twisted Treeline Coop no difficulty setting

No options to change difficulty for TT coop. Option available in the old client. The new client seems to default to beginner bots, which is boring to the point of being unplayable.

If you cannot spare resources to make harder bots at least don't remove the intermediate ones!
