Game crashes in the loading screen - Patch 7.24B

Login is normal, i found the game still nothing out of the ordinary. After champ select screen cuts to black ( normal for my laptop) and then like always it first shows the empty portraits where the champs would go. Then it just exits out to the reconnect screen and shows a bug splat. This happend to me about 24 hours ago. Things I have tried: To reconnect, to exit out and restart the game, to restart my laptop, to update java ( something i haven't done in about 5 months ),to use an alt account, to play practice mode. NOTHING worked. I just hope i'm the only one this is happening to so everyone else can play the game.

Edit 1:trying to reinstall the game. Will edit with the results. Edit 2: reinstalling the game worked and was faster than i expected, about 3 hours with the patching.
