Riven Gold chroma Worlds bug or fail? Unlocked riven chroma but cant use.

Umm idk if i have made the dumbest mistake or what but basically I had saved up 400 token from the worlds event. I click on riven chroma to check it out and I had expected the forge button on hextech crafting to be unclickable...but it wasn't. Therefore, i thought that i would receive the skin as well so i decided to press FORGE. Then it said I had unlocked the chroma. I went into a game and to my surprise i could not click on championship riven skin meaning that i could not use the golden chroma. Why would it let me unlock if i couldn't use it because read other posts and they said that it simply would not let them forge if they didn't have the skin. Therefore is this a bug or did i take an L and lose all my hard earned tokens?

I did the same with the Zed chroma. While it's in my collection, and not grayed out in champ select, when I try to use it it gives me a "There was a problem setting your skin, please try again." Message box.

so basically we've all been scammed into paying for somthing we cant use... i bought riven in ewu skin

Reboot the client. Hextech is currently have issues with telling the client that you've redeemed things through it. Once you reboot, you should be back to normal.
