[GAMEPLAY] Outlines of Minions/Enemies/Jungle

I don't see any reports of this on the board and this bug does not seem to be only having an effect on me as I have seen some other posts on the megathread in Reddit. The bug is that the outlines of minions/jungle/etc. will be overlapped with a big blue/red box that gets in the way of EVERYTHING. The biggest problem is that it does not seem to be fixed by reinstalling, repairing, or restarting.
