Ivern Twisted Treeline Bug

When Ivern Smites a wolf camp (either side, blue or red) he also steals 1 small wolf from the enemy wolf camp and gains vision around the enemy wolf camp. This denies enemy junglers Level 2 and significantly impacts their clear speed and prevents them from being able to contest a level 2 Ivern gank. Incredibly frustrating to play against considering ivern gets more gold and exp than you each clear purely because of a bug.
