Poro Rider Sejuani splash art not showing in loading screen

i played a game with sejuanis classic skin, switching it from poro rider, to check something (her taunt spam), and when i played another game, switched the classic back to poro rider, it showed the loading screen card for classic sejuani instead of poro rider. ive been using poro rider since december 2015 and i did buy it legally, but this has only happened to me recently (3 days ago). the skin works perfectly ingame, everything thats supposed to be changed is changed, (apart from the death animation where the small poro is supposed to come near the huge poro, but it just leaves the small poro static) but only the normal splash card loads in the loading screen.

at first i thought it was a problem with legacy skins, but i tried this with earnest elf tristana (which was mystery gifted to me) and the skin card shows earnest elf tristana in the loading screen properly. its kinda been a huge bother as some people have accused me of hacking/cheating (even though skins hardly affect the game :V) because it shows the normal skin splash for everyone, not just me. http://40.media.tumblr.com/eefc9f285604a64dcae02f9abe06c60f/tumblr_o3auntcPCg1v45mcwo1_500.jpg

p.s. checked game files, theres nothing wrong with anything, all of her splash arts and loading screen cards are there
