[GAMEPLAY] MF ult on 0 cooldown causes multiple ults

So this bug isn't really game breaking or will it actually happen in a game, but when MF starts up her ult, cancels it and starts it again, she will shoot at both the newly casted ult, and the previous one, this can be easily done by making no cooldowns on training mode.This bug doesn't really have to be fixed either since it will not happen in a game, but it should still be looked at to make sure it's not a problem.
