Ashe's Q isn't showing the toggle animation.

I was playing Ashe and was having some issues with her Q. It wasn't glowing or lighting up like it should when toggled on. I kept continually pressing it over and over because I wasn't sure if it was active. Only way to tell was when I would attack so I could see the freezing animation it does. Probably something that should be looked into.
