[Gameplay] F1 opens shop and chat

In a custom game by myself with not bots while messing with controls i found that F1 was glitchy. I restored the settings to default to make sure but with no luck. F1 opened the shop without delay. If i continued to press F1 it occasionally would open chat as well and if i pressed F1 while the chat was open P would appear in chat which is the shortcut for the shop. i am unaware if this bug works in any other game mode.

1. start a custom game by yourself with no bots.
2. press F1 (typically next to ESC one the computer)
3. (shop should open) continue pressing F1 until chat opens
4. (chat should open eventually) press F1 and P should appear in chat.

PS: the reason i found this was because in hotkeys i saw F1 was to self select and then i saw F2 which allowed you to select another teammate quickly however F2 turns off my wifi on my computer. i feel that the default controls should be changed for that section.
