I am 99% sure that there is a bug with Ashe and Runaan's Hurricane. Keeping it short, when Ashen has runaan's and uses her q, she will apply damage to four target's even though she is supposed to hit 3. Is this a bug or intentional? Thanks
Her Runaan's Bolts for Her Q don't work like they normally do. Each singular arrow during her Q has it's own two separate bolts. Those bolts go to two of the closest people to the Original Auto. They don't always go to the same two people tho, resulting in 4 or more targets getting damaged and slowed.
