Prestige Skin missing?

I accrued enough points for the Neeko Star Guardian Prestige Skin. I spent the points an unlocked it. The client took the points but the skin is not available. I realized I didn't have the champion yet so I went ahead and bought Neeko too. However, it is still not there. The prestige skin is not in my collection, purchase history, nor available to pick in game. I have relogged and also waited 3 hours. Now, the skin is still available to unlock and It still took my prestige points. Anyone else with the same problem?

You should open a ticket, not report a bug. This is something that Riot needs to personally help you with.

I experienced something very similar but I received the Ahri prestige skin instead of the Neeko one in my inventory. I think the Prestige store must be bugging out. I don't understand why I have prestige Ahri.
