Dark Seal Stacks Not adding

During a recent game as Annie I started with Dark Seal and upon killing a champ and getting a few assists my stacks were showing but it was not giving me my AP for my glory stacks. The stacks transferred over to my Soulstealer and started giving me AP but it was still not fun and a little difficult until I upgraded. Just wanted to let you know about the issue.
