Rewards not working

You can see that my game just got me the 35 and under reward, but not the one where I win with/as/against Ryze/ASol when both were in the game. It's not a huge deal since one of the paths is working but it sure is annoying and slows me down. Thanks!

i actually came here to report the same thing because mine had different champs but i had one on my team and one on the enemy team and didnt reward me for it.... not sure how to upload the pic

edit: also didnt get the reward for watching the VOD full length
