Client freezing in Ranked Lobby

During certain Ranked Lobbies, my client will freeze and/or lag leaving me unable to see whose turn it is to pick/ban as well as leaving me unable to pick/ban. This doesn't happen to me all the time and my average ping is around 28. These freezes are annoying because they force me to dodge and lose my hard earned lp. Has this happened to anyone else?
