Shop Bug

Today my friend bought me RP for my birthday, by giving me a 20 dollar subway giftcard. While going into the shop. the screen was black for a second. I then clicked on the black screen and it purchased Arcade Ez. I am very upset about this because it didn't give me a confirm purchase or anything it just bought the skin. If possible i would like a refund of the purchase because I am out of refund tokens.
