zed , malz , zil glitch

im not sure exactly what caused it but i do know it happened twice in 5 min , i even asked zed how he did it and he said he wasn't sure he just got lucky . first i was malz mid vs zed lvl 7 vs 7 zed was at about half hp, me at full, naut came in to gank for me i used E and Q and as hes about to die, he then gets ulti saved by zil rotating mid. naut and i waited for him to come back to life i had just dropped w and when he re spawned i had ulti'd him, now when i did it didnt lock him down he had free range of movement, and didnt take and damage he then dashed and ultied me to turn the fight around and melt naut and i.... idk why this happened but it did happen again almost imminently after in the same way without naut at lvl 11 he got ulti saved again by zil and when he came back to life i used r but once i landed it he was free again to cause ham... keep in mind he had no sash or any item to help him escape he only had hydra and part of ghost blade along with bots and some wards/pots ... i will say i ultied him fine without a zil ulti involved and it locked him up and i got the kill but part of me is felling that the zil ulti caused some sort of "magic negation" idk just thought i should report
