Super Galaxy Rumble Bug

I was playing top against a super galaxy rumble yesterday. he would always use his abilities. When he started to overload. He started doing the usual "WARNING!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!!!" over and over again. But when he cooled down he didn't stop. this persisted throughout the entire game. Please fix.
