New Q system is bugged for me and it seems like am the only one with it X/

Ever since the new Q system i been looking forward to play ranked even more now did not have problem until i was playing normal with some friends then we all had to log out because it was stuck on {please wait} but a few mins after both ranked and normal draft so i was like okay so it is buggy oh well as long as they are trying to fix as soon as they can but late at night i could not go to sleep so i wanted to play league Q'd up and it was working fine no problem after that one ranked game i Q'd up again it is late at night so the Q took a bit got into a game lobby and someone left lobby so i waited again but this time it was taking a little to long it was pasted 12 mins of me waiting then i decided to re Q again but it wouldn't let me like last time so i said easy log out and log back in but now both ranked and normal draft has been stuck on {PLEASE WAIT} since that night and nothing seems to be done to fix it but everyone i know seems to have no problem which is kinda lame because i can't play with my friends so please help me ;/
