Black screen in champions select

Today I started an ARAM match and instead of the campions select screen I got a black screen and couldn't do anything if not closing the client (screenshot).

I too had this issue last night and reported it. Not the first time it has happened either. And you either get penalized for not picking a champion, or penalized for leaving :/
