its not lettng me play anymore ever since my laptop updated. i cant log in but when i start to play it freezes. i don know what to do. PLEASE HELP ME.

I was having the exact same issue, here is the fix!

Apperently, with the new windows update, the XBOX auto-recording is conflicting with league of legends, turn if off and your problem should go away, follow these instructions, and please let me know if it works for you too!
