Camera Lock Bug, interaction between Sion Ult and Rammus Q [Gameplay]

In my most recent match as Sion I was playing Top lane against a Rammus, when I initiated ult the camera locks onto Sion as it should. As I hit Rammus who was rolling out with his Q at the time it seemed my camera was completely locked into place, I'm not sure if this may have also been caused by a taunt interaction prior to me hitting him. After this interplay I was unable to use the GUI camera button to unlock the camera nor any of the hotkey functions to do so, I couldn't unlock it in the settings menu ( though I could change the camera lock position i.e centered or player side). What I did to resolve the issue in this game was disconnect from the match and reconnect without restarting the entire client.

I'm hoping Riot could look into this interaction and confirm the presence of a bug, I don't have anyone at the moment to attempt this interaction with again but Sion and Rammus are fairly popular top laners so we'll see if I can get another incident of this occurring.
