Masteries bug report

I am lvl 11. When I left click a mastery it immediately applies 5 points to the section i'm applying it to. if I right click on it, it sometimes removes 1 point but usually removes all 5 points I cannot specialize my mastery points because I can only apply all or no points this is a serious problem as I don't have 30 points to play with.

its not the only problem that i'm having with the mastery system. sometimes I can use the first 10 mastery points the way I want to, then it just moves one of my other mastery points instead of using my 11th mastery point. idk whats going on but this wasn't a problem before the patch
