In game screen bug

My friend and I have recently noticed this in game screen bug. I've looked around and appearently a lot of other people are having the same issue. In some games, a 7 dotted line would appear somewhere in the in game screen. It is super distracting. I did some research and many are suggesting that it happens if you tab out a lot. Please look into this issue asap. Thank you.
