[Client] Black/Blank Home Screen and Non-Functional Shop Screen

As the title states. Upon logging in via the patcher, the Home Screen is blank/black, with a grey basic slider bar along the right side. This wouldn't normally deter me from playing. However, the Shop Screen is completely non-functional. The character images aren't loading, the purchase links redirect the browser to the current page, and the purchase RP option is completely broken. I'm unable to spend IP/RP, yet I can enter/leave games as normal. It also appears to not have affect the chat either. Attached DxDiag and Shop Screen screenshot.

I'm having the same issue. I can't purchase anything from the store, nor can I look at the sales that have been going on.. I have no issues with getting into games though. I hope they fix this soon.. I was really wanting to see the sales for skins..

By the way, I found the fix for this (or the similar issue). If you are running windows, navigate to control panel --> Internet Options --> Under the connections tab --> Lan Settings --> If you notice that "Use a proxy Server for LAN" is checked, uncheck and apply settings. Your patcher should magically be fixed :)

This is the same essentially as creating a new user account (but instead of going to all the trouble we are hitting the problem directly)

Another potential is a need for updating your graphics drivers.

I'm not sure the cause of this problem, but I was having problems with not only LoL but apps such as Raptr (AMD Gaming) and found this fix on a board for their website. Hope this fixes your problem! Cheers and good luck!
