[CLIENT] Ranked ques disabled?

Technically this isn't a bug but I didn't know where else to post it. It is still stated on the home screen that the ranked ques are disabled even though they aren't. Almost qued for aram until I saw people playing ranked in the games in the bottom right of the home screen.
