Jinx passive + lethal tempo gameplay bug patch 8.2

TL;DR lethal tempo doesn't get along with jinx new passive

I was testing jinx new changes with a full attack speed build (for the giggles), i was attacking a turret, destroy the turret and activated jinx passive, i had already summoned a enemy dummy, when i attacked the dummy lethal tempo started to activate, and when jinx passive was over but lethal tempo was still active the attack speed capped at 2.5, and i would expect lethal tempo to let the AS to go over the cap. Just to be clear, if only lethal tempo was active the as would go to over the cap, the numbers are as follow.

lethal tempo = 3.98 as Lethal tempo + jinx passive = 4.57 as lethal tempo activated slightly before jinx passive ended = 2.5 as

To easily trigger this bug spawn an enemy dummy, destroy turret and make sure lethal tempo is active while jinx passive is active but almost gone, jinx passive should end before lethal tempo and voila AS is capped at 2.5 while lethal tempo is active
