Fake Ranked queue

Well, I am BlazeWolf209 on league and I was just in Platinum promotion and I won 2 out of 5 games and my current record for the promo was 2 wins and 2 losses so I was 2-2 overall and needed only one more win. So I just clicked on play to join a ranked queue and when I found a game I accept it, the timer ran out and the loading image disappeared. I tried to click play again because it removed me from queue and when I did, it said that I was already in queue at the moment. I re logged to see if this was just the old bug that would bother people and you would have to wait awhile to play again and when I did I noticed I was no longer in my promotion for Platinum. This "Bug" or "glitch" cost me my one win I needed to get into platinum. I would like to know why this problem is still going on even after a year of it being discovered. I just wanted to post this here hopping it will be read by people who understand and if the Riot members will read it and attempt to get back to me. It is a real bummer when you work so hard just for something like this to happen and crush you. Please get back to me when you can members of Riot. It would be a big help.
