Bilgewater/BOTRK combo with Noc ult Glitch

Whenever I use Bilgewater Cutlass or BOTRK instantly right after I ult with Nocturne for the first time in the game, I get a bugsplat and its really frustrating as I usually come back dead. Is this a known bug, or is it for me only?
