Additional Rune Page BUG

Hi, i bought an additional rune page, i had 18 from season 7 and i wanted to get the 19th rune page, it spent the 6300 BE but i couldn't add the 19th one, it shows 18/18 and i can't seem to creat another one. I presume 18 is not max coz if it were then it wouldn't let me buy a new one or i wouldn't be able to spend the 6300 BE. Help?

Did you try restarting your client?
