Logs error

I have tried every solution available in the net but im unable to rectify my logs error in NA. I dont know what to do? Guys plz help me out. I have reinstalled, switched the server and then back to NA, deleted files but nothing worked out. The client still shows the "Unspecified log error, Update failed". Help me out guys.
