[CLIENT] - MAC OSX - Cannot reorder items on Item Sets page

I am using a Mac OSX Macbook PRO 13 inch with the screen resolution in the default mode. In the profile in the "Item Sets" tab, whenever I drag any item from the item list to any item block, it always puts the item as the first item, even if I try to put it as the 2nd,3rd,4th, etc. item. Also, this happens when I try to rearrange the order of the items in a block, e.g. when I try to drag the 4th item to the 2nd position, it always 100% of the time drops the item into the first position. This makes it very frustrating to get the ordering the way I want it because I like to give myself a buy ordering in the game.

This is reproducible 100% of the time, any item dragged to or within any block will always put the item at the start of the block, even when I want it to go elsewhere in the block.
