Simply, his special quotes when he learn the skill ("Mystic Shot armed.""Essence Flux primed.""Arcane Shift enabled.""Trueshot Barrage charged.") aren't always said.. Sometimes he say only the one for the ultimate, or often none. I tried also in a custom game with the tp quotes, and the problem it's the same.

It may seem like an insignificant thing, but i think that's annoying, also because it's an ultimate skin and the quotes make a lot.
