Elise Q doesnt always respond

so I play a lot of Elise, I find that sometimes when I change from human to spider form and I go to Q a champion or minion my Q gets stuck with a red diamond pointer and I cant cast anything until i hit a different ability button.

I think this is a recent bug not specific to Elise. I got it (on some other champion) but didn't realize what was happening and didn't think to record it for a bug report.
