Leblanc E bug

Leblanc threw her E at my jungler, my support, my mid laner, and I, and every time, she just simply threw it any which way and it landed regardless. Her game name was "NME Firepilot" and whenever her E was used, it would land, even if it was CLEARLY misdirected. Seriously. This is a bug and needs to be fixed. Please upvote this to get hotfixed. That E was nerfed in width and it still landed, but the problem is, it wasn't even aimed at the target sometimes. Sometimes it went right through my Evelynn jungler's chest and it ended up hitting a minion instead. It's just weirdly bugged out.
