Low Priority Queue resets Nonstop !!

In the screenshot it shows what happens, after the countdown my Low Priority timer resets and I literally can't get into a game, ever. It always, without exception does this and prevents me from entering a game.

1. It's not a connection problem: I've had this "trying to reconnect" issue for over 2 years now, it usually happens every 2 mins. When I am in a Q for a game for longer than 2 mins, when a game is found I get "trying to reconnect" and I cannot accept the Q. This has been manageable because usually i can get into games. But this has been a problem that I can not fix, it's not my internet and I know other people with this same problem. With Low Priority timer however this bug has made it literally impossible for me to enter a game.

2. I got the Low pri q during a storm losing connection

3. is this account perm unusable now? Or is there something that riot can do about this?
