Visual Glitch with Runaans on Graves

Bought Runaan's on Graves for S&G and noticed when activated in group skirmishes a large blast visual pops off. Everytime the prox shots would go off this visual would appear. It looked like the blast visual at the end of his R but did not notice any actual gameplay issues (odd damage registry, etc...) . Though no one in there right mind would use it in serious match, just thought it would be something to look into.
