Nami Skin Visual bug - Second Nami classic skin comes up in the selection menu

Not to much to say and not something that would interfere to much with the game play and all . For like 2 months now i keep getting 2x Classic Nami in the selection screen like classic Nami would be a second skin.Doesn't matter witch mode i play , in all the modes it is the same. I play Nami a lot and that kind of made me notice this. The fun part of this is that my friends don't actually see it so not quite sure why i am the only one seeing this. I have not played with any custom skins or anything like that to bug it. Attached a screenshot of how i actually see this.I have tried to repair the client hopefully its a bug from my computer didn't quite do anything . Thanks .
