When will these 2 things get fixed?

First of all, Nidalees Q has been going through targets an absurd amount lately, I'm not kidding, try it yourself, haven't you seen it happen during Nidalee urf or something? Also, Warwick barely goes into his running animation when you're FOLLOWING the God damn blood trail. These bugs are so common that Riot should be aware of them at this point and working on a fix.
