Champion capsule completely disappeared after opening it

Hello,

I just got level 25 on this account and I got a champion capsule. When I opened the champion capsule it gave me an error called "Crafting timed out." When I clicked "ok" my champion capsule completely disappeared. Is there any way I can get my champion capsule?

Relog first, sometimes it gets desynced.

The capsule is gone because it hatched a champ shard. Check your loot pal.
