Game Won't load after Champ Select

Hi Everything is fine until the game is about to start. The game won't load and I would have to quickly exit and use the legacy client. I had this issue in the past and the last patch fixed it for me, but when I upgraded my graphics card.(Radeon Software Version 17.2.1) the problem started happening again.
