BLACK SCREEN AFTER CHAMPION SELECTION!!!!

idk wtf is wrong.....i stop playing for like 2 days and the next day i play,there's some update downloaded....and now,it's about 3 days already i keep getting black screen all the time after the champion selection....my first game of the day i can play 1 match and the next match i will keep getting black screen.....usually if i close the game and relog,i will be reconnected.....but this time,once i got the black screen,i will keep getting it until the match ends! and now i need to wait 20 minutes for 5 times because of this stupid thing....

i dont use crappy laptop....8gb ram corei7....internet speed 200-500kbps......i dont thinks it's my laptop or my internet...and not the ping either....cuz i tried changing to oceania server which supposed to get lower ping and still getting BLACK SCREEN!...
