GAMEPLAY TAHM KENCH "W"

His skill, W, targets minions over allies or enemy champions a lot of times. This bug has been occurring for a few patches now. The 3 stacks have already been on enemy champions when it occurs. Perhaps add something to prioritise allies first and then enemy champions and minions last.
